about our company

Bryan Gunn & Lynda Gunn opened the doors of Studio Gunn Architecture, LLC in 2004. They have had the pleasure of helping their clients realize their visions for nearly 500 homes in Denver neighborhoods such as Belcaro, Bonnie Brae, Cedar Lane, Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Cory-Merrill, Crestmoor, Eisenhower Park / University Hills, Highlands, Hilltop, Observatory Park / University Park, Platt Park, Sloan’s Lake, Sunnyside, and Washington Park. SGA’s work also extends into the metro area and beyond in places such as Arvada, Breckenridge, Golden, and Wilder Lane in Columbine Valley. SGA takes pride in designing homes that are not only beautiful and functional, but also carefully and thoughtfully documented. Bryan & Lynda’s design-build background informs their architecture practice and uniquely qualifies them to craft designs that are “builder friendly” – their developer/builder clients appreciate this value that SGA brings to each project, and their homeowner clients appreciate consideration towards both the aesthetic and the budget. SGA has been the recipient of numerous design awards as well.

CLIENT EXPERIENCeS

“Studio Gunn has designed a few modern homes for us to build and sell in the Highlands and Sloan’s Lake. These homes have been masterpieces, carefully utilizing and optimizing light and space… I can’t recommend them more highly in this regard.”

By Pierre Powell, Cardinal Holdings

“Studio Gunn designed our home in the West Highlands. Bryan was an absolute pleasure to work with, and incredibly thoughtful in his design and suggestions… He also helped us adjust ideas and plans accordingly to ensure a good layout and flow… Working with him was a positive experience from end to end!”

By Rebecca Zoffnoss, Homeowner

“I could not be more pleased with your design. I realize that we gave you absurdly restrictive parameters, and despite that, you’ve created a home that has broad appeal. Everyone can find something they like in this home, whether it’s aesthetic, functionality, lifestyle, price – or all of the above.”
